You'll learn how to access an administrator's profile, update permissions and settings, and assign employee groups. You'll also learn what company administrators can and can't do. This training is intended for company administrators, so we'll begin on the Premier home page already logged in as a company administrator. From the "Profiles & Permissions" list, select "Manage Administrators." The Manage Users page appears where you can create new users... ...and update existing ones. For this example, we'll update an existing user. You can update the profile for a company administrator or a billing account administrator. We'll select "Company Administrator," but the process is similar for updating either type of profile. The page expands to show a list of all the existing profiles sorted by login profile name. You can view or edit a profile, send an email to initiate the reset of a password, or delete a profile. We'll edit this profile.
